WIN A YEAR'S SUPPLY OF NAKED TALLOW – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is NAKED TALLOW SKIN PTY LTD (“Naked Tallow” or “the Promoter”).
Promoter address: 1/18 Corbould Road, Coolum Beach, QLD, Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 29 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 10 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and anyone directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

Complete the official Naked Tallow giveaway entry form presented through the Naked Tallow Facebook or Instagram advertisement; and

Provide the requested contact details, including their first name, valid email address and mobile phone number.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
Only valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw.
5. Email & SMS Marketing Consent
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Naked Tallow by email and SMS, including product news, offers and promotions.
Entrants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or following the opt-out instructions provided in an SMS.
Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect an otherwise valid entry already submitted into the promotion.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Naked Tallow Privacy Policy.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The winner will receive:
One Naked Tallow gift card valued at AUD $1,200.
The gift card is intended to represent approximately 12 months / one year's supply of Naked Tallow skincare.
The total prize pool is AUD $1,200.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another prize, except where required by law.
The gift card will be subject to Naked Tallow's applicable gift card terms and conditions and Australian consumer law.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random draw will take place on:

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted in writing using the email address supplied with their entry.
Naked Tallow will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
The winner's name will also be published on a Naked Tallow online channel relevant to where the promotion was conducted and will remain available for at least seven days where required by applicable law.
9. Claiming the Prize & Unclaimed Prize
The winner must claim their prize by 25 November 2026.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or does not claim the prize by that date, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable law.

Any replacement winner will be notified in writing and their details published where required by applicable law.
10. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
Entries containing incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or misleading information may be deemed invalid.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Naked Tallow's Privacy Policy.
Information is collected for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and, where consent has been provided as part of entry, sending Naked Tallow email and SMS marketing communications.
Entrants may unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications at any time.
12. General
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter's decisions regarding administration of the promotion and validity of entries will be final, subject to applicable law.
13. Facebook & Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
Entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Any information provided by entrants is being provided to Naked Tallow and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
