Returns & Exchanges

To process your return please contact our Customer Care team at hello@nakedtallow.com  and include your order number or confirmation so we can assist you as best as possible. 

Items must be returned in their original condition; due to the nature of our products no refund can be made for products that have been used.

Conditional item’s can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Naked Tallow cannot accept the return of the following products (unless faulty).

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
