Yes. Plenty of customers use it as their daily tallow face cream. Start with a pea-sized amount at night; a rich cream goes further than you think. If your skin is oily or combination, many prefer it as a night moisturiser.

A tallow balm is typically firmer and richer, while a cream is whipped for easier spreading. Our Tallow Cream sits in between: solid in the jar, it melts on contact with skin. The collection above includes both.

Yes. The original Naked Tallow Cream is fragrance-free and suitable for babies and during pregnancy. The Lemon Tallow variant is the exception: we don’t recommend it during pregnancy.

It’s formulated to be safe for eczema-prone and psoriasis-prone skin: no synthetic fragrance, no harsh chemicals, just barrier-supporting fatty acids. Many customers with sensitive skin tell us it’s the only moisturiser they can use. It’s skincare, not a medicine, so patch test first and speak to your GP about treatment.

Unscented tallow has a faint natural scent that fades within minutes of applying. If you’d rather a scent, the collection includes Lemon Tallow, Sleepytime and other blends made with pure essential oils.

Tallow is temperature-sensitive. In cold weather it can firm up and feel slightly grainy; warm it between your fingers and it melts smooth again. That’s the absence of synthetic stabilisers, not a fault.

A pea-sized amount per use means even the 80g jar goes a long way. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use within 9 months.
