2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on Monday 2nd November 2026 at 10:00am AEST and closes on Monday 9th November 2026 at 9:00am AEST.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees, owners, directors and immediate family members of Naked Tallow or any participating brand are not eligible to enter.

• Individuals involved in organising or administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

• Multiple entries are permitted. Each comment tagging one unique friend counts as one entry. Duplicate tags will not count.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow Naked Tallow and all participating brands listed in the official giveaway post.

• Like the official giveaway post.

• Comment on the official giveaway post as instructed. Multiple entries permitted via tagging.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

All entry requirements must be completed during the giveaway period. Entries must comply with Instagram’s applicable promotion rules.

One winner will receive the complete prize package contributed by Naked Tallow and the participating brands listed in these Terms & Conditions and the official giveaway post.

The total retail value of the prize package is AUD $1,149

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes.

The draw will take place on Monday 9th November 2026 at 10:00am AEST at Coolum Beach, Queensland.

The winner must meet all eligibility requirements to claim the prize.

7. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced via Naked Tallow’s official Instagram account and contacted by direct message.

The winner will be asked to provide their full name, Australian delivery address and any other information reasonably required to arrange prize delivery.

If the prize is not claimed, the Promoter will follow applicable requirements for unclaimed prizes and redraws.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize package will be delivered to the winner within Australia at no additional shipping cost.

Individual prizes may be dispatched separately by Naked Tallow and the participating brands.

Each participating brand is responsible for arranging delivery of its own prize contribution unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter.

9. Disqualification

Naked Tallow reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, automated, misleading or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

An entry may also be disqualified if the entrant has not followed Naked Tallow and all participating brands listed in the official giveaway post, liked the official giveaway post or completed the required comment instruction.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, verify the winner and arrange prize delivery.

Relevant details may be shared with participating brands for prize fulfilment and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Entry does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Entrants release Instagram and Meta from liability relating to the administration of this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

12. General Conditions

Naked Tallow may make reasonable changes to the giveaway where necessary, subject to applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
